Drawn for the Chaos Cosplay event at 
So this is my OC Dead Kennedy, cosplaying ~Krekkov's Ivan, hehe, he even got a new gun to try out, so he'll be entertained for a while
and this is pretty much the first time you're able to see Kennedy's face without the hat's shade covering the top of it >3 and yes, he has normal eyes, it's just that they glow in the dark, giving the impression they're inhuman or something
